The pace is the whole price
Your step is a daily pace, not a monthly bucket that runs out. Nothing pauses mid-month and nothing is metered per email. Want more? Move up a step and the new pace starts the same day.
Upgrades start the same day
We buy the mailboxes the day you upgrade, so the new step is charged in full right away — the unused part of your old step is credited back and a new period starts that day. Downgrades work the other way around: they take effect at your next renewal, never in the middle of a period we have already bought capacity for. Capacity is physical, so a new step takes about 24 hours to be fully available.
